Centered provides a physical space to bring community together. By utilizing a bright, playful and modern approach, Centered bridges the gap between western medicine and eastern philosophy. Centered seeks to create wholeness in the mind and body through our offerings of holistic therapies, yoga, meditation, massage, acupuncture, life coaching, herbal medicine, infrared sauna, arts, health and wellness workshops. We offer daily classes and one on one sessions as well as customized retreats and trainings.
Our retail experience includes products to support your healthy lifestyle. We also have an aromatherapy bar and healthy foods bar on-site. At Centered we are more than a location to obtain a massage or to attend class. At Centered, we aspire to become your life wellness partner.
Centered also hosts corporate team building retreats and travels offsite teaching meditation and providing massage.

Black Lotus is Lexington’s premier hot yoga studio. Located in the heart of downtown, BLY is accessible by public-transit, personal vehicle with abundant parking, as well as bike/ foot via the Town Branch Legacy Trail.
All of our classes are heated.
The warmer temperature in the room allows an increase in flexibility, and helps to prevent injury. The higher temperature combined with yoga asanas (postures) creates a cardiovascular response (sweating, burning calories) as well as promotes detoxification. We offer a variety of classes, times, and instructors.
Plenty of parking, excellent locker and shower facilities, and free towel service!
